Speaking Information

Customer Engagement Technology World is currently accepting speaker nominations and topic ideas for the 2010 New York Conference Program.  Nominations or submissions that will receive the highest level of consideration will have an end-user* as the speaker.  Nominations will be accepted on a rolling basis until the program is completed.

CETW Conference Guidelines
Submissions may be completed by either suggesting a speaker (with name, brief bio and the topics the speaker can address) or by suggesting a complete session idea that includes: session title, brief description, learning objectives and proposed speaker(s). Sessions include 1 Session Chair (this can be a vendor) and 2 Panelists (end-user*).

Submissions should be sent to liz@jdevents.com .

While we will consider proposals from the vendor community, and allow a vendor company to participate as a session chair, they will need to confirm at least one merchant deployer client to serve as a panelist on their session.

*End-user clients are those from the areas of retail, finance, hospitality, tourism, health care, government, gaming/entertainment, hospitals, restaurants, QSRs, financial services, ticketing, photo and other industries. End-user executives (senior leaders) must have active programs and results – companies providing case studies with innovative work – are most likely to be selected as speakers.

Review Process
Proposals will be reviewed by JD Events and CETW, and may be shared with the Advisory Board. Due to overwhelming response and limited slots, unfortunately we are not able to select and showcase all proposals. Only those who submit proposals that have been selected will be contacted.

Show Management reserves the right to work with speakers to adjust or change their session title, description or content to meet the needs of our audience and conference programming.
