Michael is Director of Service & Sales at Indigo Books & Music, Canada's largest book retailer. He is responsible for staff sales enablement and customer self-service in all Chapters, Indigo and Coles stores. This includes the 1000+ in-store kiosks, the next wave of improvements for which is Michael current project. Prior to Indigo, Michael built his sales experience at IBM, serving customers of all sizes. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master’s in Literature from York University.
