Mr. LaFreniere has nearly 25 years of technology experience having directly participated in the Internet, Travel, Financial Services, Broadcast Media, Telecom, Wireless, Retail, Military and, Oil industries. The majority of this industry experience has occurred while working for several top companies; AT&T, Cisco, CBS MarketWatch, GMAC, Shell Oil, and Vanguard Car Rental (An Enterprise Rent-A-Car company). Throughout John’s career he has maintained an acute focus on new technology and innovation, consistently leveraging new technology to solve business problems and reduce costs. Within the travel industry Mr. LaFreniere has continued to lead and innovate as exemplified by the roll out of the Rental Car industry’s first self service kiosks for both National and Alamo Rental Car brands. These kiosks have effectively reduced cost, increased sales, improved transaction speed, and increased overall customer satisfaction.
