Janet L. Webster is the President of Creative Solutions Consulting, LLC, a business and technology consulting firm offering executive-level business acumen and thought leadership to assist companies in achieving both short-term business goals as well as strategic business results. 

Prior to forming Creative Solutions Consulting, LLC, Janet worked for the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) for almost 29 years.  She held various executive positions and was most recently responsible for the USPS’ retail network optimization and access management initiatives, retail marketing, retail service equipment programs, and alternate retail access policies and programs.  Janet was the executive responsible for the implementation and management of 2,500 Automated Postal Center kiosks across the US at various postal locations.

Janet has received a number of awards including the Kioskcom 2005 Kiosk Industry Leader of the Year - Deployer Award, and she was inducted into the Self Service & Kiosk Association Hall of Fame in 2008.  Janet is a contributing author to the 2006 Liberalization of the Postal and Delivery Sector (Chapter 16 – Economics of the U.S. Postal Service Alternate Access Retail Channels).  She is also a recipient of the prestigious Federal 100 Award – recognition for the “top 100 executives” from government, industry and academia who had the greatest impact on the government information systems community in 2004.
